This is great for automotive work. I spend most of my day in engine bays and wheel wells where you just can't aim a normal light, and this bends right into the spot and stays put while I use both hands. No more clamping a flashlight in my teeth or knocking it off the fender every five minutes. Bright enough that I can actually see what I'm doing, and it's shrugged off plenty of grease and the occasional drop. Liked it enough I bought a second one to keep in the toolbox.

I used this through an entire trailer rewire - new lights, new harness, the whole thing and it made the tight spots so much easier. I'd bend it into the frame or up under the panel, lock it on the connection, and the work came out clean and professional because I could actually see every joint instead of guessing in a shadow. It holds whatever shape you put it in and doesn't sag. For any project where you're working in awkward, dark spaces, this earns its spot fast.

I'll be honest, I figured it was just another gadget that'd end up in a drawer. It hasn't. It's dead simple - bend it, it stays bright right where you point it, done. My eyes aren't what they used to be, so having steady light exactly on the work makes a real difference on the mower, the truck, little fixes around the house. No fiddling, charges off a cable I already had. I've recommended it to two of my buddies already.

Frequently Asked Questions
Those lights make you do the work — you hold the flashlight, or your headlamp lights wherever your head turns instead of where your hands are. FlexBeam bends around the obstacle, locks onto the exact spot, and stays there so both your hands are free. It's not a brighter flashlight; it solves the part a flashlight can't — keeping the light where the work is.
Yes. It puts out up to 800 lumens with three brightness settings, so you can flood a whole engine bay or dial it down when you're working inches from the part. Brightness was never really the problem with most lights anyway — placement was. This fixes both.
That's the whole point. The 27-inch flexible body bends into a straight line, a U, a hook, or an S and holds the shape — it doesn't sag back out. You position it once and it stays locked there until you move it.
You'll get up to 7 hours on a charge, and it recharges over USB-C — the same cable you already use for your phone, so there's no proprietary charger to lose.
The flexible section is about 27 inches, long enough to snake behind an engine, down into a wheel well, under a dash, or into a cabinet, while still being easy to shape into smaller spaces.
It's built to live in a toolbox, not a junk drawer. The body is shock-resistant, so it takes the drops, knocks, and grease that come with real work. The flex neck keeps its hold over time instead of going loose.
Yes — it's waterproof, so spills, damp crawlspaces, wet engine bays, and the occasional rained-on rooftop job won't kill it.
